Print, PDF and share a invoice

A saved invoice can be printed on paper, saved as a PDF, or sent straight to the customer on WhatsApp or e-mail. Pick a design and paper size first.

Step by step

  1. Choose a design. Under Notes and look pick Classic, Modern, Compact, Bold, Elegant, Bill book and Minimal. The preview changes at once; the colour can be changed too.
  2. Choose the paper. Paper size: A4 (normal page), A5 (half page), Thermal roll 80 mm or Thermal roll 58 mm. A5 prints two to a sheet size; thermal suits a counter printer.
  3. Choose copies. Print copies: One copy, 2 copies or 3 copies; each copy prints on its own page with its label: Original for recipient, Duplicate for transporter, Triplicate for supplier (Rule 48 for goods). Or set one Copy label.
  4. Save first. Press Save, so the printed copy matches the saved one.
  5. Print / PDF. Press Print / PDF. In the print window choose your printer, or "Save as PDF" to keep a file.
  6. Share. Press Share. On a phone the share sheet opens with the PDF (WhatsApp, Gmail…); on a computer the PDF is downloaded so you can attach it.

Worked example

A shop prints its invoices on A5 in the Compact design to save paper, and shares a PDF on WhatsApp with customers who ask for one. The printed invoice is always in English; the screen can be in your language.
